FAQ
Answered up front
For protocols we already support, 1–3 working days. A new protocol normally takes 10 working days from receiving your protocol document — and protocol adaptation is free for customers.
Almost certainly. The list shows what we have already done, not what we can do. Any board exposing UART, RS485, CAN or BLE can be adapted, provided we get the protocol document or a sample board.
No. If you already have a module supply chain we can provide flashable firmware only. If your board is already network-capable, it can talk to our open protocol directly with no hardware change.
Yes — REST API for pull, MQTT for real-time subscription, and Webhook for event push. On-premise deployments expose the exact same interfaces, with no capability removed.
Data ownership stays with you and is written into the contract. You can export everything at any time; we never provide it to third parties. On-premise deployment keeps data inside your own network entirely.
